Always concerned with providing customer excellence, Chef Junior Durski gives great care and
attention to the architecture of the restaurants. The projects are signed by the architect, his
wife, Kethlen Ribas Durski, who seeks to maintain the same concept in all of them. Elements which
are already present in Madero's atmosphere are always there: lots of wood, exposed brickwork and a
re-reading of the original facade of the first restaurant.
